Investors can obtain their CAS through multiple channels:

1. Registrars & Transfer Agents (RTAs):

  • Access CAS via CAMS, KFintech, or Karvy investor portals using PAN, mobile, and email.

  • CAS is sent electronically or via postal mail, based on preference.

2. Asset Management Companies (AMCs):

  • Download or request CAS from AMC websites for active folios.

  • AMCs coordinate with RTAs to provide consolidated statements across all holdings.

3. Centralized Depositories & Platforms:

  • CDSL/NSDL provides CAS for mutual funds held in demat form.

  • SEBI-registered platforms like AMFI KYC portal, MyCAMS, and KFintech offer consolidated portfolio views.

4. Email or Written Request:

  • Submit a formal request to the AMC or RTA with relevant details.

Automated Dispatch:

  • CAS is sent monthly if transactions occur, or half-yearly if no transactions take place.
