The following documents are needed:

| Proof of Age / Date of Birth (Minor) | Birth certificate, passport, school leaving certificate, or marksheet issued by a recognized board |
| Proof of Relationship (Guardian) | - If parent: Birth certificate or school certificate showing parent’s/guardian’s name - If legal guardian: Copy of the court order and guardianship certificate |
| PAN & KYC (Guardian) | Guardian must be KYC compliant and provide their PAN. In some cases, the minor’s PAN may also be required |
| Bank Account Details | Minor’s bank account operated by the guardian (cancelled cheque, bank statement, or passbook) |
| Minor’s Aadhaar Card | Required for OTP-based verification |
